I was born and raised in Germany, and growing up, I constantly struggled with my sense of self-worth. I believed I wasn’t good enough as I was, and I thought I had to be a certain way to be loved and accepted. I spent so much energy trying to please others, often forgetting about my own needs and desires in the process.

Driven by a love for learning, I studied pharmacy and went on to work in the pharmaceutical and supplement industry as a pharmacist. Life seemed to be following a predictable path—until my husband and I had the opportunity to move to the United States.

After having my first child, everything changed. I began to question the life I had been living. I realized that I had been living for others, doing what was expected of me, rather than what I truly wanted. That’s when my personal development journey began. I immersed myself in learning about manifestation, the subconscious mind, and everything related to personal growth. The more I learned, the more fascinated I became, and I couldn’t help but implement the powerful tools I was discovering.

As I put these new practices into action, my life transformed. I became more fulfilled, more purposeful, and I started to feel like I was creating my own reality instead of being a victim of my outside circumstances.

After my second child was born, I knew I had to share what I had learned with others. I decided to become a coach and help women create lives that are in alignment with their true selves—lives that are filled with purpose, passion, and fulfillment.
